Day 6

Hi!

So, today we were at the Great Barrier Reef and swam with the fishes. It was AMAZING! I couldn’t believe my eyes. We hired an oxygen tube and a cyclop so we could be under the water longer ant it was so cool! We saw fishes, seaweed, corals, turtles and much more. I even touched a turtle. And I also saw a fish that looked exactly like Nemo. You know fish from the movie ‘’finding Nemo’’. It was orange with black stripes.

But unfortunately Angelina stepped on a sea urchin so we had to go out of the water and find someone who could help us. So after running all the way back along the pier, I found someone who could help us. His name was Derek and he said that he was a doctor and he had seen similar injuries before, so he knew what to do. But Angelina said that it she didn’t want to swim anymore so we went back to the beach, all the way along the pier. It took a while to get to the beach because Angelina couldn’t walk normally, but when we got there we went to the ice cream bar. Because it was almost 35°C and none of us are accustomed to the heat, so we wanted something cold to eat and that’s why we bought ice cream. But because of her injuries and that she didn’t want to swim anymore we decided to leave the beach. And after we left the beach we haven’t done anything interesting, so that was all I had to say today. But I e-mail you tomorrow, so see you!
